Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Indraprastha Spa Resort, Dharamshala, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy
  1. Standard Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made 7 days – 14 days before the check-in date: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made 4 days – 6 days before the check-in date: 75% refund.
    • Cancellations made 3 days or less before the check-in date: No refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Rates:

    • Bookings under promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable.
  3. Early Departures:

    • No refunds will be provided for early departures after check-in.
2. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking or the preferred payment method by the guest.
  • It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Modification of Bookings
  • Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Modifications must be requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
4. No-Show Policy
  • Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Force Majeure
  • In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will provide flexible options, including rescheduling or partial refunds, at our discretion.
